I’m Pamela Ehnle, a passionate and dedicated National Board Certified Teacher,  Instructional Coach, and National Trainer committed to empowering students and fostering excellence in classroom instruction. With a deep-rooted belief in the potential of every learner and a focus on using proven best practices, I strive to make a positive impact in the educational landscape.

Recognizing the importance of supporting fellow educators in their professional growth, I transitioned into the role of an Instructional Coach. As an Instructional Coach, I collaborate with teachers, offering personalized guidance and feedback to enhance their instructional techniques and classroom management. In addition to providing individual coaching, I have had the privilege of designing and delivering targeted professional development sessions at both district and building levels. My aim is to create a thriving community of educators who are confident and adept at nurturing their students’ growth.

As an Instructional Coach and National Board Certified Teacher, my journey in education has been a fulfilling and purpose-driven one. I am deeply committed to empowering students, collaborating with educators, and promoting the implementation of evidence-based strategies to elevate education as a whole.
